Ho ristrutturato, arredato e accessoriato la struttura nel 2025 proprio per destinarla a casa vacanza per renderla carina, accogliente e funzionale per i miei ospiti.
Amo incontrare i miei ospiti che accolgo personalmente, cercando di farli sentire come a casa propria. Gestisco la struttura con partita IVA e quindi rilascio regolare fattura agli ospiti.
La struttura è al piano terreno di una villa lucchese del secolo scorso. Si trova a poco più di 1 km dalle mura di Lucca, in una zona dove si trovano supermercati, forni, ristoranti, bar, pasticcerie, farmacie, ospedali. La zona è servita molto bene da navette che la collegano con il centro città e con le stazioni del treno e degli autobus. Posto auto gratuito e privato e interno alla proprietà.
