Located at the third floor of a 17th hundred building based on Roman foundations later medieval to the actual size. The full apartment has been recently restored and have a big living room, a dining room with direct access to the terrace, a kitchen for "amateur" well equipped where you can cook for yourself and friends in a charming environment. Two bedrooms and a bathroom complete the layout of this 140 square meters home. As an option can be linked to the "Il Carmine apartments flat" becoming a 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, double kitchen, living, dining rooms with table up to 14 persons and terrace for a total of 220 square meters. The full floor has breathtaking views on several Lucca towers and bell one's.
