The apartment is about 200 meters from the west beach of Donnalucata and its promenade. The main rooms of the house have a fantastic view on the "Ponente" beach. It enjoys a quiet location within a complex of independent villas. In the condominium driveway is a reserved parking space for each unit. The apartment is equipped with a private garden with tables, chairs and sunny umbrella. The simple and practical furnishings decorate lightly the wide spaces of the house. The entrance has a lovely sitting room with sofa and armchairs. Inside, the apartment consists of a large and bright living space with views over Ponente beach, furnished with sofas, chairs and two tables. The kitchen is complete with services such as gas stove, a fridge, a freezer and an oven. The toilet is also a laundry room with a washing machine. The main bathroom has a corner bath equipped for the shower.The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom, furnished with wardrobe, dresser and fan and a double room equipped with two single beds, a chest of drawers and a sofa bed and fan.
