The apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 people. There is a double bedroom, a living room with a leather sofa and TV, and the bathroom is equipped with a shower. An extra guest (e.g., a child) can sleep on a foldable bed or on the sofa. The furniture is made of wood which adds to the elegance of the apartment. One of the highlights of the apartment is the L-shaped furnished balcony. From here, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains, watch the funicular going up to Brunate as well as boats crossing the lake. Inside, guests will find all the amenities they need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, a Nespresso machine, a gas stove, an oven, and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine available for guests' use and built-in air conditioning. The apartment is located on the first floor and there is no elevator, so guests will need to use stairs. It is best to have a small car to reach the property because the access is via a curvy narrow road. There is free street parking outside.

The apartment is in a residential area in the upper part of Como city, nearing Cernobbio and the Swiss border. Access is by a curvy mountain road. It takes around 30 minutes to walk into the city centre.
