Hello, we are PMC, holiday home managers in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! To ​​access the house you can do a SELF CHECK-IN starting from 3 pm. You will be sent by phone all the instructions on how to get to the accommodation and the unlock code to access the keys. You will therefore be able to independently manage your arrival and not have to worry about the time and any delays or changes of program. Before arrival we will only ask you to follow the instructions of our representative regarding the mandatory Guest Registration procedure, therefore the communication of the necessary data/documents and the Visual Recognition phase, also mandatory from the year 2025. You will be sent instructions for everything by phone, we thank you in advance for your cooperation. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights) that will be collected separately. Children up to the age of 12 are exempt. Taxes must be paid at check out before leaving the house. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person.

Cozy detached house in the hamlet of San Bernardo, a 7-minute drive from the sea and the beaches of Sestri Levante, for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature on the first hills of the Ligurian town, from which you can enjoy an enviable view of the sea and the Gulf of Tigullio. After having parked the car near the Church of San Bernardo, you will arrive at the house following a small road for about 200 meters. A small gate gives access to the outdoor area with table and chairs. The house opens onto a bright and well-furnished open space with a large and comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and dining table. The kitchen can be separated from the room by a sliding door, and is equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge. There is a service bathroom with sink and toilet. A flight of stairs leads to the second floor of the house where there is a double bedroom, with wardrobe and chest of drawers and a room particularly suitable for children, with bunk beds and games. There are also a cot, high chair, crockery for children and safety gates to make the stay with small children comfortable and safe and on request you can have a cot, baby bath and changing table. Both bedrooms have a balcony with sea view and air conditioning. There is a second bathroom equipped with sanitary ware and bathtub. You will find a washing machine behind the door under the stairs that you can use for your laundry and an iron and ironing board in the closet. The house offers free WI FI service and independent heating. There are also barbecue grills in the garden. ATTENTION: From May 2025 until further notice (at the moment), there will be some renovation work on the road to the house. The work should not cause any disturbance once you are in the house.

The hamlet of San Bernardo, about 3 kilometers from the center of Sestri Levante, is a small oasis of peace and tranquility surrounded by the vegetation and olive groves of the Ligurian hills. Thanks to its raised position it allows you to enjoy a wonderful view of nature and the coast, excellent exposure to the sun and a cool climate on summer evenings. A favorite destination for sportsmen and trekking lovers, it is in fact surrounded by paths that can be traveled on foot or by mountain bike, such as for example the one that leads to Monte Costello and the highest Monte Capenardo, whose summit offers splendid views of the Ligurian Sea, the of Sestri Levante and the promontory of Portofino. Moving to the center of Sestri, on the other hand, you will have access to all the services: shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists and of course the beaches, free or equipped. In addition to being able to visit the city of Sestri Levante, moving around the area you will be able to reach the most beautiful places in the Gulf of Tigullio with short journeys, such as Chiavari, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino, while proceeding in the opposite direction, pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto up to in Lerici, Porto Venere and the Cinque Terre, reachable in less than an hour. Movements can be made by car or by train, reaching the Sestri Levante railway station. There is also the possibility of taking bookable boat tours, which connect the cities by sea to fully enjoy the splendor of the area from the perspective of the sea.
