The accommodation is located 100 meters from the promenade along the lake, just as many meters away from the historic center and from the main services: from the supermarket, to the pharmacy, to the bus stop ... The accommodation is located on the first and last floor, with an independent entrance and a large living terrace that can be used especially in the hottest periods. Internally the apartment was completely renovated in 2015 and also the furniture available is new and essential. In the winter of 2018 it was also renovated externally, the roof and the pavement of the terrace were redone. The kitchen is equipped with crockery and pots in sufficient number for a short vacation. There is no additional charge for the service. We also have at our guests' disposal: a hair dryer, a small iron and a washing machine. From 2019 a convenient private outdoor parking is available.

A town overlooking the lake with a long tradition and a name known throughout the world thanks to the link with the great motorboats. It is this and much more Sarnico, halfway between the provinces of Bergamo and Brescia: the town was built right where the waters of Lake Iseo flow towards the plain across the Oglio river. It will be for that atmosphere of eternal vacation that you breathe, for the friendliness of the people who live there, for that perfect link between ancient traditions and modernity that distinguishes it, but certainly we can not say that Sarnico is not a country that remains in the heart. The town has always had a tourist vocation even if, to a mass tourism, invasive, corrosive for the environment and for the inhabitants, the country has always preferred a very light, almost natural form of hospitality. Here, precisely this form of sustainable tourism reveals that in recent years foreigners who have reached the town of Sarnico on holiday have multiplied and that many Italians have decided to buy a house in the lakeside town.

Our area is ideal for those who love the lake, you can take long walks on the lakeside which has been almost entirely extended and renovated, you can reach the Brescia side by crossing a bridge that separates the provinces of Bergamo and Brescia, from Sarnico (two minutes from my apartment) you can take the ferry to reach Monte Isola, the largest lake island in Europe, as well as a splendid island of ca 9 km in circumference, entirely passable on foot or by bicycle; 15 km from Sarnico you can reach the Colli di S.Fermo, a mountainous area (ca1.100 m above sea level) ideal for lovers of mountain walks, as well as for those looking for fresh and clean air, and also offers the possibility of buying products fresh and typical directly from the local farmers.
