The apartment consists of: a bedroom whit queen size bed ( plus crib if requested!), living room with two sofa beds, one double and one single. A sunny separate room for the kitchen, one bathroom with shower. Living room and bedroom bring to a large terrace with full view of the sea, perfect for eating outside and enjoy the sunset! The house is equipped with every comfort: wi-fi, air conditioning, hair dryer, TV , electric oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine , iron and ironing board, drying rack, gas barbecue, safe, dishes and anything else necessary for cooking. Sheets, towels and beach towels are included!

The apartment is about 1.5 km from supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy, post office and the Marina of Capitana, where there is a restaurant-pizzeria, a sailing school, diving center and where you can rent boats to visit the coast. At 10 km away is the Poetto, the beach of Cagliari. The Poetto is the longest and most popular Sardinian city beach. An 8 km long expanse of sand overlooked by the promontory Devil's Saddle (we recommend an excursion to the natural and archaeological path of the Devil's Saddle, from where you will enjoy a unique view of the city of Cagliari). The center of Cagliari, the capital city, is about 20 km (it is advisable to devote at least half day of sightseeing. A walk through the picturesque historic center and to the shopping streets, an aperitif in the beautiful Piazza Yenne and dinner in one of the many restaurants of the old neighborhood “Marina” to eat some good fish). The apartment is also in a strategic position to reach some of the most beautiful Sardinia beaches, some veritable natural paradises. Just 8 km away you will reach Mari Pintau, 20 km Villasimius with its 10 different beaches, one more beautiful than the other.
