Company information

We are Claudio and Valentina, a couple of newlyweds that like to travel a lot and meet new people and various cultures. For this reason after a couple of years of working abroad we decided to initiate our tourism related activity with a B&B and holiday accommodation. Claudio is a graduate in communication sciences and a music and tennis enthusiast who is also a tennis instructor. Valentina, a graduate in law and qualified as a lawyer, in her spare time likes to create jewelry and souvenirs that capture the themes and colors of our beloved land.

Property information

Zanzibar B&B is an accomodation facility located in the central area of Avola, a sweet little town that has everything: the sea, a wonderful beach, mountains with their delightful canyons and natural lakes. It is also less than 6 km from the town of Noto, world renowned for its baroque style. At about 10 km away lie the beautiful beaches of Calamosche and Marzamemi, two of the most beautiful and famous of Eastern Sicily and the natural reserve of Vendicari. The B&B is situated on the first floor of a new and hospitable condominium with an elevator and features 4 sleeping rooms with lots of light with a balcony or a large window, flat screen TV and air conditioning. All rooms have Wi-fi, private bathroom with hairdryer, bidet and towels. There is also a large common area with a balcony, a kitchen with microwave, fridge and common pantry. Free parking in the building.

Neighbourhood information

The location of the accommodation is ideal, being not only in the the central area with shops and all kinds of facilities (like supermarkets, bars, confectioneries, restaurants, pizzeria’s, drug stores, tobacco shops, banks, bakeries etc.) but also close to the sea: the gorgeous maritime village is less than 10 minutes walking distance away. There is also a municipal shuttle service linking the central area to the beaches. At only 100 meters there is a bus stop for the buses that link Avola with many towns and airports of the island (Noto, Pachino, Portopalo, Modica, Ragusa, Siracusa, Catania, Comiso etc.)
