Alberto's Terrace is located in Moltrasio, a village on the western shore of Lake Como. The flat is on two levels and consists of a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and a terrace overlooking the lake. The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and heating. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Alberto's Terrace is on two levels. On the first floor there's an equipped kitchen with gas hob, coffee machine and kettle. A large furnished terrace with a magnificent view of Lake Como. Two double bedrooms and one bathroom with bath/shower and washing machine. On the second floor the attic living area with sofa, TV and a lovely lake view balcony. Alberto's Terrace is a flat that will welcome you with taste and simplicity. Internet wi-fi is available throughout the house. The flat does not have air conditioning, but there are fans available. The flat has no private parking space, but public parking spaces are available 300 metres away. The flat can accommodate up to 4 people ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKING Alberto's Terrace can only be reached on foot, through a path with steps. The apartment does not have a private parking space. Free public parking spaces are available 200 to 500 meters away.

Alberto's Terrace is located about 1 km from the center of Moltrasio. Moltrasio is a picturesque village located on the shores of Lake Como, famous for its breathtaking scenery and peaceful atmosphere. It is one of the most charming towns in the area, with narrow alleys, traditional houses, and incredible views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The village is 10km far away from Como and 5km from Cernobbio, where there's the entrance to the highway to Milan and Switzerland. Moltrasio is an ideal spot for those seeking a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, while at the same time offering a convenient location for exploring the town of Como and other lake resorts. The town also offers the Lido, great for sunny summer days. In Moltrasio there are bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and a pharmacy. We inform that there are no supermarkets and that the nearest supermarket is called Bennet, in the village of Tavernola, 5 km away. GETTING AROUND We inform that cab service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. Therefore, we recommend not relying on it once you reach your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transportation (buses and boats), renting a car, or using pre-booked private drivers. The bus stop is 120mt from the apartment while for the boat you will have to get off at the lakeshore about 1.5 km away. Easily accessible from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all locations about an hour's drive away.
