During wintertime you can sit inside and enjoy the Northern lights show or just turn around and relax over something on Netflix.
This is the perfect location as you are only 20 minutes drive from the city centre while still being out in the countryside. Staying here you are also conveniently placed for your day tours to the South coast or to Snæfellsnes Peninsula in the West.
