Enjoy early mornings with steaming cups of tea/coffee, hear the peacocks calling, swim, play, walk, sit, chat, have fun, do nothing, enjoy simple, healthy, hygienic, country food prepared by our caterers. The property is very private as no staff is living on site. No other houses in the next 150m. If you own a kayak, the property has direct river access and year around flowing water. Rates are reasonable for quality of property and food. Lunch, snacks and Dinner can be provided at additional cost per person per day. After booking this can be fixed.

We are Australian citizens having lived in the US, Australia and now in India. I am the Founder of a few startups and have been a CXO in several companies before. I love to travel, run, paint, play music and enjoy my moments. In our absence our house helpers will be there to help you. You can reach us by telephone should it be necessary, once you have booked. Please note that my caretaker lady is a simple, village lady. She keeps the place very clean and will do everything possible to help but will not be able to fix WiFi and electricity problems. All the emergency contact numbers will be provided once you have booked.

Kadav is a typical small river-side village situated between Karjat (12 km) and Neral (7 km). The hill station Matheran is nearby at 9kms, as are the buddhist Kondana caves - 14kms to Karjat+ a few more from there. The nearest shops are 4 kilometers away, in Kadav. You will find a number of restaurants to suit all pockets along the way, Tooth Mountain farms, Saltt, Namak to name a few. Google will provide you with the locations and distances. The journey from Mumbai to Kadav can be completed by car in about one hour and forty five minutes via the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. Kadav is easiest to reach from Neral station by rickshaw, if you come without a car.
