1) હું વિનોદ ભટ્ટ, હોટેલ રૂકમાવતી, ગેસ્ટ હોઉસનો માલીક છું 25 વર્ષ ના અનુભવ થી ઘણું જ શીખ્યો છું. અમારી નીતિ એન્ડ પૉલિસિ પ્રમાણે અમે સર્વશ્રેઠ અને ઉત્તમ પ્રકાર ની સેવા આપીયે છીએ. ખરા અર્થમાં ટુરિસ્ટ ને જે સારું, સલામત, શ્રેષ્ઠ, પ્રમાણિત , અકૉમોડેશન જોઈએ છે , તેની માટે અમે ખુબજ ઉત્તમ રીત અને સારી સિસ્ટમ થી તેમેને સેવા આપીયે છીએ. અમારી જગ્યા એક આઇડલ મુસાફર માટે ખૂબ જ સલામત અને ચોક્કચ જગ્યા છે.
(2) હું એક રૂમ માં તેના બેડ ની સંખ્યા પ્રમાણે મુસાફરો ને રાખું છું, વ્યક્તિદીઠ ચાર્જ કરું છુ. રૂમ નો ચાર્જ એવું નહિ, તેમાં ખાસ બે વર્ષ થી મોટું બાળક કે ડ્રાઈવર નો ચાર્જ એક્સટ્રા વ્યક્તિ તરીકે કરું છુ. બે વર્ષ થી મોટું બાળક કે ડ્રાઈવર ને ફ્રી માં સેવા આપતા નથી.
(3) કોઈ પણ પ્રકાર ના Pet ને અમે રાખતા નથી.
(4) જો તમેં કવોલિટી માં માનતા હો અને કવોલિટી વિષે જાણતા હો તો તમે તમારી માટે રહેવાની જગ્યા ને રૂબરૂ જોવો અને તે જગ્યા ની સગવડતા, ચોખ્ખાઈ, સલામતી, અને આપ સાથે ના વ્યહવાર ની નોંધ લ્યો અને તમારી માટે કે તમારા ફેમિલી માટે નક્કી કરો. ફક્ત બીજી જગ્યા નો ભાવ ની સાથે સરખામણી ના કરો, નાની રકમ ની બચત માટે ગણતરી ન કરતા તમારા જીવન સાથે ઉચ્ચ કવોલિટી નું પ્રાપ્ત કરવા માટે પ્રયત્ન કરો.
(5) એસી, નોન એસી રૂમ ની માહિતી, ભાવ ની વિગત, રૂમ ના ફોટા, બીજા નિયમો અને બધી જ જાણકારી મેં ગૂગલ માં મુકેલ છે. ઓનલાઇન સર્ચ કરો, તમારા મોટા ભાગના સવાલ ના જવાબ તમને મળી જશે, માટે ફોન ઉપર બિનજરૂરી સવાલ કરી ને તમારો અને મારો સમય ન બગાડો.
(6) લંચ, ડિનર, બ્રેકફાસ્ટ, બધા ની માહિતી આપેલ છે. અહીંયા હોટેલ ઉપર ચા , કોફી . દૂધ, ટોસ્ટ બટર,મેગી,ઓમલેટ, બોઈલ એગ.જેવો નાસ્તો મેનેજ કરી આપુ તેમજ લન્ચ, ડીનર, બહાર થી મંગાવી આપીયે છીએ.
મોટાભાગે લોકો એક રૂમમાં એક ગેસ્ટ નો ભાવ જોઈ ને ત્રણ કે ચાર જણા રહેવા આવે છે. તો આપ સૌ ને જણાવવાનું કે રૂમ નો પ્રકાર તથા ગેસ્ટની સંખ્યા નાખી ને ઓનલાઈન જોવો જેથી કરી મારે કે આપને શરમાવવું ન પડે.
