The newly renovated Radisson Blu GRT Hotel is a luxury hotel which is truly the first ‘SMART’ hotel in Chennai with the latest state of art technology and is post pandemic proofed aligning to the paradigm changes in the new-normal hospitality world. The hotel services and facilities use Artificial intelligence, NFC, Machine learning, Virtual Reality, IOT and several latest technologies to make the hotel a safe haven for the guests. It is strategically located just 3 kms from the National and International airline terminals. The hotel has been conceived with a central theme of overall wellness of the guests in line with the present and future challenges. All experiences have been curated to add value to the wellness quotient of our guests and the team has been trained and sensitized to offer hyper personalized service in a safe and controlled environment. The holistic wellness program at the Radisson Blu GRT has been founded on the 8- pillars of self-care and can also be customized and personalized by our Wellness Ambassadors on request. Electric Vehicle- The Hotel has Electric Vehicles taken as a step towards driving environment sustainability and balancing the Eco-system. The Bodhi spa in the hotel has the Chennai’s first Turkish Hammam and Chakra shower experience with trained masseurs.
