House Rules: Noise & Disturbances Please be considerate of your neighbours and maintain a reasonable noise level, especially between 10 pm and 7 am. Refrain from hosting loud parties or events on the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors, i.e., Pool side, Balcony, Veranda etc Chewing Tobacco Strictly Prohibited with no exceptions. Upkeep Daily cleaning of our property is compulsory. We kindly request your cooperation with our housekeeping staff. Pets: Pets are allowed on the property.
