Our house is a very unique and historic house, it was built in the 19th century, in the village of Eilaboun, which is one of the last remaining Christian villages in the Galilee. It is conveniently located on highway no. 65 - the main road From Tel Aviv to eastern Galilee, Zfat, the Golan heights and Keryat Shmona. The house has few parts, with a total of 480 sq. meters (5100 sq ft.): The arched room is a 75 sq. m. arched stone building, with a fireplace and TV,DVD player, wooden dining table. The main kitchen is outfitted with all the necessary all-new appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, wide oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster… etc. In addition, there are two separate courtyards/backyards, each one with its own garden and trees.
The house is located in the old part of Eilaboun, on a hill top. 100 meters from the house you can be in the middle of the nice Galilean nature, with walking trails into the hills and mountains (wonderful for hiking and bird watching). There is a nice trail system in the area, with over hundreds of kilometers of pathways The people of the village are known as most guest welcoming in the country. Many of the residents speak 3 or 4 languages, so living in the middle of the Galilee will be a great cultural experience for you and your family, with many different cultures, religions and languages. Otherwise, the weather here is a perfect Mediterranean weather, with sunny summers, green springs and not so cold winters. THIS IS THE REAL GALILEE, AND YOU ARE WELCOME!
