This property is bookable Saturday to Saturday 7/14/21/28 days. It is down by the water as the name implies set in 2 acres of garden with the front lawn going down to the river over which I have built a decking with views of Clew Bay .The beach is easy to get to from my property by walking down the riverside 50 yards or down a lane 60 yards along the road from my house. The house has 3 bedrooms two bathrooms(one en suite) Main bedroom king size bed 2nd double and 3rd 2 singles . There are two lounges the main one with flat screen Smart TV with Netflix and music centre ,multifuel log burner stove, or if you wish,the smaller lounge more of a quiet room with large sofa that can be turned into a small sofa bed The kitchen is large with country units and 8 seat table in it ,range cooker ,microwave,kettle ,toaster,,fridge freezer and dish washer..Off this is the utility room with washing machine and extra toilet. The house is perfect for a quiet relief from the world or a large play area for a family.Private parking I have just had installed fibre optic internet which is free to use ' My prices are totally inclusive of all utilities and linens and gas The Greenway is a short distance from the house and there are many places you can hire bikes in the area.

When you arrive you will be met by Catherene who will show you all the facilities and how things work and she will supply you with your key .There is a menu for Nevens pub which is 6/10 of a mile from the house and is the most rated eatery in the area .They provide a pick up and drop off service for those that want to relax and have a drink. A great place to eat is Neven Pub (Newfield Inn) it is famous in the area for its food ,they say you never leave there hungry!.The Greenway is 200 yards away for your walking and cycling. My house is situated on the Wild Atlantic Way with great drives around the rugged coast of Mayo and the beautiful village of Mulranny is only 4 miles away where there is a petrol station and well stocked shop. Also two more great pubs. The wild and mystic island of Achill is only a short drive away and Westport i with its fabulous shops and fantastic music pubs a 40 minute drive .
