By completing a booking, you irrevocably authorize The Apurva Kempinski Bali to charge the credit card provided for any applicable room charges, taxes, fees, deposits, or penalties in accordance with the rate conditions, payment terms, and cancellation policy of your reservation.
The physical credit card used at the time of booking must be presented by the cardholder upon check-in for verification. The hotel reserves the right to deny check-in or request immediate full settlement with an alternative payment method should the required credit card not be presented.
The credit card must be valid, under the name of the registered guest, and correspond to the details provided at the time of booking.
