Notwithstanding the remote location of the building it is only 6 minutes away from Lake Balaton. In the 19th century, Boros Kastély belonged to the family of a famous Hungarian count, Béla Zichy. However, today the building operates as a guest house. Boros Kastély was rebuilt by the family of the new owners and was furnished in a classy and elegant way which respects its antique appearance. The guest house has three large four-bedded rooms (with two separate rooms and huge balconies) for families, as well as smaller double rooms. All of them are en-suite.
