Perfect position makes this place unique. It s locate 1.1 kilometer from Old town of Split which is under UNESCO heritage list with its Diocletian´s palace. A private garage is available to guests. Just 3 minutes walk from official venue of Ultra Europe music festival. Accommodation is also 1.4 kilometer from Bačvice, most famous beach in Split and for lovers of recreation and hiking there is Marjan hill and forest 1.5 km away
