Hello, my name is Ivan from Polion company, owner of two newly renovated and pleasantly furnished villas with pool near Pula in Istria county. The ground floor of the house consists of a kitchen with a dining area and living room, bedroom with a private bathroom and a toilet. Kitchen has an exit to a terrace and down to the pool. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. From the terrace on the first floor you will get a beautiful view of the sea and National Park Brijuni. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has a flat screen TV. The garden is completely fenced and also equipped with a 32m2 swimming pool (maintained with salt electrolysis instead of chlorine). Guests have at their disposal a spacious parking lot, outdoor grill, pool table and darts. Up to ten people can stay if two sleep on the couch. Breathtaking sea view from the balcony of the house. Three kilometer from the Villa is a large discount supermarket Plodine. 200 meters from the house is the beginning of a long stretch of beaches equipped with all the modern amenities and a spacious natural shade.

Peroj is a village in Istria, about 100 m from the sea situated only 10 kilometres away from the city center of Pula known for its many cultural monuments and famous amphitheatre Arena which is the largest and most preserved monument of ancient architecture in Croatia. Peroj is mentioned as a summer resort back in Roman times. It is also a valuable archaeological site from the Roman era, so we recommend it to all who want to spend their holidays further away from the noisy crowds but near the city rich in historical heritage.
