Dear guests, welcome to our pages, and to our home. The house is located in a small street in old city center. The street is very alive, and it is a kind of street in which you can feel the beat of the city. Our house is a detached house, with six separated studios. Each studio is brand new, and have everything you need for nice staying. You have your own keys and your privacy. The capacity of the studios are different. There is one private studio with double bad, one studio for tree persons, with one bunk bed and one bed for one person, one studio with two double bad and one of them is on the gallery, and at last there is other tree studios for four persons with two bank beds in each of them. Kitchen is new ,small, modern and it is provide all you need while you are on vacation. The house is good mixture of old and new. Staying in our house you can feel a soul and atmosphere of Zadar and for a while became his citizen.

The neighborhood is very colored. The house is in the center of the city, so it is in the middle of all cultural happening witch Zadar is full in the summer. For example " Zadar snova", "Full moon night", "Musical evening in Sv. Donat" etc. , and on the other side there is lots of DJ parties and concerts. In our neighborhood there are theaters, museums, gallery, so if you are interested for that kind of Zadar you will be very pleased with positions of our guesthouse. On the other side we are also in the middle of the night life because in our neighborhood there is a lot of different bars with different kind of music. There is also many restaurants with all kind of food. The most popular are the small dalmatian restaurants who serves a traditionally food like fish, seashells, cheese etc. And after all, just a few meters from the house practically in your door step there is a famous ZADAR boardwalk with fabulous see orgy the perfect place for meditate. The perfect place to start and end the day.
