The house was completely renovated and brought up to date. So don't be surprised if the StreetView images don't match my advertisement images. Google is just not as fast as we are! ;-) Modern showers and toilets as well as a new kitchen are available. Each room has an air conditioner (please switch this off when you are on the way). A large terrace with a modern gas grill invites you to linger and enjoy the garden. A house to feel good!
The house has two outside parking spaces, which are secured by a sliding gate. Free parking spaces are also available in sufficient numbers in public areas around the house.
Only approx. 300 m from the house you will find two supermarkets (Plodine and Lidl). You can also find good restaurants within walking distance and if you are looking for a good butcher, my tip: "BAKIN" (just google it).
