AURORA is a private newly built house (2019) located in a very quiet part of Ližnjan, surrounded by greenery. The house consists of four separate apartments, three of which are apartments AURORA L, and AURORA D, which are located on the 1st floor and have a view of the surroundings. The third one is AURORA M located on the 2nd floor with sea view. The house has central heating and air conditioning in all units, which makes it available all year round. All apartments are fully equipped so that you can enjoy it as if you were in your own home: kitchen with all necessary appliances, living room - TV, bathroom (with washing machine), additional toilet, covered balcony with seating, free large private parking and wi-fi. Inside the yard is a covered terrace where you can safely store bicycles.
Me and my husband Darko, live on the ground floor of the house. In our free time, we like to travel, we sail on our sailboat, which is located in Pula, and we ski recreationally in the winter. During the year, I teach students in STEM subjects, and my hobby is painting on canvas using the Batik technique (the paintings I made decorate our apartments).
House AURORA is located 12 km from Pula, 2 km from Medulin. At a distance of 1 km from the house there are restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, supermarket, bus station, post office and bakery. Only 800 m from the house is the nearest beach, which you can reach on foot if you like walking. Liznjan has 28 kilometers of beautiful beaches with many small coves that you can enjoy as if you were on your own private beach.
