Property information

The apartment house is situated very close tot the beach and to the center. It is really spacious and comfy, just a 10 minutes by foot to a nice beach. In the apartments are kitchen and a dining room, 1-2 bedroom with a double or single bed (depend of capacity), a living room with sofa bed, and a bathroom. The apartments have bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, SAT-TV. There is a gas stove and refrigerator in the kitchen. Private parking is in front of the house.

Neighbourhood information

Novo Naselje is a part of the town of Porec, 800 away from the city center and just 400 m from the Adriatic Sea, reacheable by foot. It is located south of the city center, and it's characterized by a number of private houses and pine trees, which in the summer months protect against extreme heat. A leisurely stroll will take you to the beaches in just 5-10 minutes. There is a large supermarket called Billa in this area. The area is suitable for families who want a peaceful holiday, away from the city crowd, but still close to the city center and the beaches. There are a few bars and good restaurants in this area.
