This apartment is excellent for budget travellers. It's located in the center of town, next to the main road. Close to all bars, restaurants and dive schools (College of Diving, Captain Morgan's and Paradise Divers across the street). Everything is within 5-10 minute walk (like the beach) and the supermarket is next door. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a long stay and has high speed internet. Cozy and recently renovated with a new bed, new fridge and new kitchen appliances. Other Dive shops like Underwater vision and UDC are 10min walk. This could be rented for short term and long term, perfect place to enjoy a comfortable stay in Utila, also good to work from home, Starlink high speed reliable wifi.
