Renovation work is taking place from Aug 2025 to February 2026 daily. The Club Lounge, rooftop pool and fitness center are under renovation. Offering commanding views of Victoria Harbour from its location on Hong Kong Island, JEN Hong Kong by Shangri-La provides elegant accommodation with free Wi-Fi and convenient location only steps away from HKU MTR Station. It features a 16-metre rooftop pool and a fully-equipped gym. Enjoy scenic views from the seating area. In-room comforts at JEN Hong Kong by Shangri-La include a flat-screen TV, charging stations and an attached bathroom with a bathtub or shower facility. Guests can recharge with a leisurely swim at the rooftop pool, featuring sweeping views of the city and the harbour. Staff can attend to business and childcare needs. Listed as a Bib Gourmand restaurant in Michelin Guide 2014, Café Malacca specialises in Malaysian and Singaporean street-style cuisine.
