Tucked in the peaceful area of Peristeras, just a 6-minute drive from the heart of Ierapetra, this spacious villa offers privacy, comfort, and natural beauty. Set on a private estate with olive trees, this home is designed for families or groups of friends looking to relax and reconnect in style. The villa spans three levels and 360 sq. m., offering breathtaking views of the sea, mountains, and lush gardens. - Εvents are allowed upon request for up to 100 guests with additional charges. - The house may accommodate one pet up to 10 kg. - Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. An environmental fee (15 euro per night from March–October, 4 euro per night from November–February) applies by law. This fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately upon arrival. Quiet Hours: Summer (Apr 1 – Sep 30): 15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00 Winter (Oct 1 – Mar 31): 15:30–17:30 & 22:00–07:30 Please be informed that the pool at the villa will be operational from April 1st to November 30th
