Ideal location: 5 minutes away from either the port of Andros(Gavrio) or the typical fisherman's village (Batsi) and 1 min away from having your toes in the warm sand of Kipri Beach/Xrisi akti. The unique thing about this place is its 40m2 wonderful balcony offering a breathtaking view of the sunset. Andros is well known for hiking. In deed, there is more than 150km of hiking trails, certified with european criteria and well maintained.

The "inconvenient" thing with the island of Andros is that you need at least 30 or 40 minutes to arrive at the biggest city ( Chora). By chosing this villa, which is 5 minutes by car from your arrival port, you have the opportinity to visit two very charming fishermen villages ( Batsi and Gavrio). Each one has whatever you need from restaurant, bars, supermarket, postoffices, pharmacies, coffee houses, shops and even movie theaters. The hike trail number 16 passes next to the house highly recommended to have a car in the Island of Andros. Andros is the 2nd biggest island of the Cyclades and some of its wonderful wild beaches are accessible only by car. Public transportations aren't very reliable.
