Secure private penthouse type apartment..with a huge wrap around terrace with 360° views..it is newly renovated with quality inclusions..with a separate bedroom and large living room..and fully equipped kitchen..with built-in oven.. fridge coffee maker and kitchenware.. granite floor tiles throughout for greater hygeine..sunny and light filled..with a pleasant breeze..although Air-conditioning is available..spacious bathroom with hair dryer.. luxurious mattress and full length mirrored wardrobe.. outdoor sitting area..please note there is no lift in the building and you must climb two flights of stairs...
hello , My name is Alexandros, Id like to welcome you to our stylish , modern and newly renovated family owned apartment..I live close by and am available to meet and greet you upon your arrival and throughout your stay..I have a great interest in property and architecture in general and love renovating and updating dwellings..this has been helped by my tertiary studies in engineering..I am extremely proud of my outcome with this apartment and hope that my guests also appreciate and feel wonderful staying in this space..I am continually striving to maintain a very high standard as a host..I am helped out by my mother Thalia who also shares my interest in property and hosting..so at the times that I am away from the island my mother will look after you accordingly.. The apartment is on the harbour in the centre of town ..there are cafes, tavernas,night clubs, grill houses, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, and the main shopping area all within minutes walk..the port is opposite in a ten minute walk or 2 min car trip..the bus station is 3 minutes walk and the airport is 7kms ,the taxi rank is 2 minute walk..there may be some traffic noise ..or general noise due to being located alongside cafes ..but there is double Glazed windows which help to cut out most noise..
