Cocos studio is a newly renovated cozy fully equiped studio 30 sqm located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood full of trees.There is a double bedrom and a sofa bed for an extra person, T.v, internet acces,well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful veranda to enjoy your breakfast. Ιn order to maximize the quality of your experience, we offer a basket of handmade products from fresh products , such as homemade jams, cake.etc. And..... we can offer cooking courses (small extra cost)
I am a retired bank (Website hidden by Airbnb) was a representing and grateful work that did not suit my personality at all. With my departure, I began to deal with tourism, painting, photography, theater and whatever else makes me a better person. I have an organized villa with private pool in my village ASKIFOU SFAKIA called villa Galatia. From 2012 I deal with the object of renting a home in tourism. I l love travelling and know people and different cultures. I have great respect for your personal life, your relaxation and privacy, but at the same time I am always happy and available to answer your every question and guide you in whatever way you may choose to do in order for you to enjoy your vacation. Feel free to ask me for advice on beaches, restaurants, etc.
Cocos studio is located in a quiet neighborhood full of trees , 20 minutes away on foot from the city center. Just down the main road there are 2 mini markets, and a big supermarket. To the main road ( where the apartment is 2min walk) there are cafes, clothing shops , bakery, bus station. The central bus station is located (26 min/2,1 klm)and also next to it there are many 'Rent a Bike' businesses. Furthermore Nearest supermarket: 650m . Parking: under the property. Old Venetian port: 2,9klm/36 mins on foot): Aptera beach (nearest beach): 800 m/9 min on foot . Samaria gorge: 40 km Falasarna beach: 50 km
