i Love being a property manager and welcome guests to this or other properties that I handle. I want the guests holiday to be a very good one and make the whole experience an easy and pleasant one. To that end, I can help by arranging pick up at the airport, booking their ferry bat tickets for them, help guests book a rental car on the island and show them the way to the property. If guests want a pre packed fridge we can arrange that for them.

The apartment, which 65sq meters, is in a small complex of 3 houses, each one completely independent and with a 65sq meters communal swimming pool. The whole complex was completely renovated in 2019. House 4 is on the ground floor of one of these houses. The apartment has a minimal design and has been decorated to the highest standard. The apartment is in the area of Koundouros and is 300 meters from the beach of Koundouraki, which has sunbeds, umbrellas, a cafe/bar and water sports. Koundouros has 6 sandy beaches, two of them organized with umbrellas and sunbeds. Koundouros also has a mini market and three restaurants. Pisses, which is 5 minutes from Koundouros has a large mini market and 2 restaurants. Description: The apartment, which is modern in design and has been completely renovated in 2019, has a living room with a built in sofa, and an open-plan kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms. one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds that can be joined to make a double bed and with a bathroom with a shower. Outside there is a shaded veranda with a built in sofa, a dining table and a barbecue.

Kea, also known as Tzia is one of the closest islands to mainland Athens. There are three to 4 ferry boats a day going to and from the island. Tzia, is not a tourist island, though recently it has become known. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday Kea is the Island for you. Kea was an independent Islands with 4 kings (B.C.). Until about 300 years ago there were 95,000 inhabitants, now there are 1,800. As there are very few hotels, mostly private residents are rented out in the summer months. Beaches- Koundouraki (to the south), Otzia (to the north), Gialiskari (to the west), Xyla (to the west) and Spathi, which has water sports(to the East), Pisses (to the south west), are all organized sandy beaches. Of course there are many more beaches that you can go to by car (all sandy) Kalidonixi, Orco, Sikamia and the list goes on.If you want to explore some of the secluded beaches, then a boat is needed. Koudouros - Koundouros is to the south of the island, it has 5 sandy beaches, the best known is Koundouraki, which has water sports & scuba diving. Koudouros has 3 restaurant and 2 bars.10 minutes by car is Pisses, which has 2 restaurants and a mini market.
