ANASSA HOME is a significant, quiet and spacious Greek House, which can host families, couples or even a group of friends. It is in the heart of Makri Gialos, less than 30m (by sidewalk) from the beach, which makes it the perfect summer location. Nearby to it, you can find cafes for a delicious breakfast next to the sea, tavernas to taste the Mediterranean flavours and beautiful view spots of the Libyan sea. A place that gives you the chance to live like a homegrown! By entering the house, you will see the living room and the fully equipped kitchen (with a toaster, kettle, oven, etc.). On the other side of the room, there are stairs that lead you to the main bedroom. The bedroom has access to the terrace where you can enjoy the view of the Libyan sea and of the port. In case you will be more than 2 persons, you will also have access to the lower floor where there are 2 more rooms with 1 single bed and 2 single beds (or a double depending on your needs) respectively. Also, a second bathroom exists. Last but not least, all floors have an A/C - Air Condition.

Hello beautiful people! My name is Ioannis, I was born and raised in the beautiful summer destination named Makri Gialos in Crete. When I turned 18, I left this place to study in the second biggest city in Greece, Thessaloniki. After my university years, I moved to Madrid (Spain) where I grew up professionally, travelled around Europe and met friends for life. After some years or so, I took the decision to relocate for a new chapter in my life to Athens, the capital of Greece, where since then I live and work as an Account/Project manager in Athens During my journeys and travels, I have met, hosted and been hosted by many friendly and kind people who show me how beautiful life could be. That is why I decided to open the ANASSA HOME back in Makri Gialos and make it a place where people all around the world, like you, can spend their most important time of the year, in a cosy, beautiful, friendly and true Greek House. A place where people can take an “Anassa” (=breath) from “reality” and rest next to the sea and under the sun.

ANASSA HOME is located in the centre of the village, which means that only a few meters from the house you can find everything you need: supermarkets, pharmacy, gas station, cafes, taverns, local doctor, photographer, etc. In case, you need any item (or service), do not hesitate to inform us by message during your reservation, we will be more than glad to provide that to you, if possible.
