Διαθέτει απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα και στο πανέμορφο και γραφικό νησί της Τελένδου από όλα τα διαμερίσματα. Επιπλέον, ο προσανατολισμός του καταλύματος προσφέρει στους ενοίκους μοναδικές στιγμές με θέα το ηλιοβασίλεμα.
Πρόκειται για μία κατεξοχήν οικογενειακή επιχείρηση η οποία δημιουργήθηκε με αγάπη και μεράκι με πρωταρχικό της μέλημα την παροχή υψηλού επιπέδου υπηρεσιών και προσφοράς μοναδικών στιγμών φιλοξενίας στους επισκέπτες της.
Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στο πιο ήσυχο τμήμα του οικισμού, σε απόσταση από επιχειρήσεις που προκαλούν όχληση. Σε μικρή απόσταση βρίσκονται σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια, επιχειρήσεις ενοικίασης δικύκλων - οχημάτων και διάφορα εμπορικά καταστήματα. Σε απόσταση 300 μέτρων βρίσκεται το λιμανάκι του οικισμού Μυρτιές από όπου αναχωρούν τακτικά θαλάσσια ταξί με προορισμό το νησί της Τελένδου. Τέλος, η στάση των αστικών λεωφορείων με προορισμό το κέντρο του νησιού και άλλους οικισμούς βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 200 μέτρων από το κατάλυμα.
