Επιπλέον, ο προσανατολισμός του καταλύματος προσφέρει στους ενοίκους μοναδικές στιγμές με θέα το ηλιοβασίλεμα.
Πρόκειται για μία κατεξοχήν οικογενειακή επιχείρηση η οποία δημιουργήθηκε με αγάπη και μεράκι με πρωταρχικό της μέλημα την παροχή υψηλού επιπέδου υπηρεσιών και προσφοράς μοναδικών στιγμών φιλοξενίας στους επισκέπτες της.

Σε απόσταση 300 μέτρων βρίσκεται το λιμανάκι του οικισμού Μυρτιές από όπου αναχωρούν τακτικά θαλάσσια ταξί με προορισμό το νησί της Τελένδου.
