Blue Bay View is a beachfront house located in the southwest side of Euboea island with a 2 bedroom maisonette and an apartment. Each has a fully equipped kitchen with private bathroom and beautiful views from all areas. Both are at a 2 minutes walking distance from the beach! Both are airconditioned! In just 2 hours from Athens through Chalkida or 1.5 hours from Athens International Airport (through the port of Agia Marina (45min by ferry) and 7 minutes from the port of Nea Styra you can find out what stunning views, inner calm and serenity means. Blue Bay View - Beach House 1 has One Queen bed, two single beds and a sofa bed (in the living room area) and can accommodate up to 5 people with comfort. 2 large terraces give breathtaking views to the gulf in front of the house and a large barbecue patio terrace is located on the back yard where you can enjoy cooking! Blue Bay View - Beach House 2 has One King bed, two single beds and can accommodate up to 4 people with comfort. The extra large patio terrace of the apartment will give you breathtaking view of the gulf and the green garden will make you feel comfortable and relaxed during you stay!

The house is located between other private maisonette houses and in has great view of the Nea Styra Bay and Dilisos beach ( just 40m) in front of it. The property has a 2 seated open but private garage spaces in the plot were you can feel safe for your vehicles. The neighborhood is quiet and it can offer you joyful, peaceful and relaxed times for you and your beloved ones.
