The house was built in 1908 and is situated in the heart of village Paliampela. Fully renovated in 2024. It has a big outdoor private space in the front of the building. The surface of 120 m2 is divided in 2 levels: 1st level , ground floor, with living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2nd level, upper floor, where the 3 bedrooms are. The kitchen and the bathroom, are fully renovated and fully eqquiped. The equipment is of low energy consumption and all machines are new (bought May 2024). In the living room and in one bedroom there are 2 traditional fireplaces. The walls, around 80-100 cm wide, provide natural cooling and the windows all around the building provide natural ventilation.

I am a doctor that loves his village and decided to renovate my traditional old family house, situated there since 1908.
