My name is Simon. Born 1993 in the island of Cyprus, half Greek and half Danish. Lived all around the world and the earth is my home. I am partners with Iya Toradze who owns the land and I am father to Seeko who is my little lovely boy. I am gardener, chef and diet practitioner. I am based in Sakulia, I am caretaker and guardian of the land and the gardens as well as the farm house. When the farm house is rented I live in my van.
