Trelawney is our family home which we warmly extend to you whilst we occasionally work abroad. We have very much enjoyed creating a spacious and relaxing atmosphere with open plan living rooms suited to all seasons. The log burner and gas fireplace are ideal for a cosy autumnal or winters night, whilst the wide bi-fold doors open up to a large south-west facing patio in the spring and summer. Extend your afternoons playing in the garden or relaxing on the sunlounger with an evening under the pergola or in front of the solo log stove on the patio. The large open plan kitchen is perfect for socialising whilst preparing food. You'll find every amenity required including a wine fridge, boiler tap and corner pantry. Various seating areas in the snug, open-plan kitchen, garden and patio allow for your family to relax together or for different generations to enjoy some privacy. The master bedroom boasts a super king bed, ample wardrobe space, a dressing table, TV and en suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have king size beds and share a good family sized bathrooms. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. There is sufficient space on the driveway for two vehicles. Those with electric or hybrid cars will also have access to an EV charger if required.

Nestled in the friendly village of Walkhampton, Trelawney is perfectly positioned for access to the moors. Only a 5 minute drive from Yelverton shops which include the local butchers, a fantastic deli, hairdressers, cafe's and the most popular co-op in the UK! Walkhampton offers the best of village living and boasts a wonderful 16th Century pub on the doorstep. It is also the perfect location from which to start longer walks or cycle rides to Princetown and beyond as you can access the moors and the old railway track on foot. For the more adventurous, we are able to give many recommendations on routes.
