The Studio, Rosebud is a light and airy one bedroom annex arranged on two floors. It is set in a quiet lane in Lelant within minutes from the beach, stunning estuary and train to St.Ives. It has an outside seating area and off road parking. It is the perfect spot to enjoy St.Ives and the wider Penwith peninsula.
The accommodation ajoins our home where we live with our 3 children. We love it here in this sunny corner of Lelant, and will do all we can to make you feel welcome.
We are a family of 5 and our home adjoins the annex. We will be more than happy to help with any queries as and when we are here, and will give you local tips of our favourite places.
Our neighbourhood is a quiet residential lane within easy walking distance of the beach and local transport links . It's a very pretty village with a pub, church and a cafe/restaurant, plus two places that fabulous cream teas & cakes !
