There is no access to rest of house and no sharing needed. There is a door joining the house but this is locked separately both sides for privacy. There is a private external door for access from Baydons lane side of the house. Ideal for anyone working away for the week needing somewhere to stay rather than a hotel. Reduced headroom one side of bed, so watch your head getting in and out.
