Minutes from Llandegfedd Lake. Walking distance to Pontypool & New Inn Train Station with direct links to the cosmopolitan city of Cardiff. The Retreat, is a self-contained detached annex that can accommodate 2 people comfortably. A 10 minute walk to New Inn village with pubs, takeaways and shops. A lovely compact open plan living area with a luxury Hypnos double bed and basically equipped kitchenette. WiFi, TV with Amazon Fire Stick. We have a wet room with WC and washing machine. When inside the annex there are no steps. We have a small outdoor area for you to sit and watch our beautiful sunrise or simply watch the world go by.

South Wales is a beautiful area to explore with many outdoor /indoor attractions on our doorstep. We have amazing walks, cycling all within a short distance of us. Llandegfedd Lake is a few minutes away from us and here you can access all the water sports you can think of including other sports such as fishing, archery, laser shooting and axe throwing. You can easily spend the whole day here exploring walking trails, trying new watersports and enjoying land activities. Set in 33 square kilometres, the attractions, events, activities and landscape make a perfect destination for a day out.
