This cosy apartment is part of a collection of one and two-bedroom apartments within a gated development, above ground level, away from the hustle and bustle yet overlooking The Lanes and Brighton Square I’m very excited to welcome guests to this apartment that sleeps 2, which I hope is the beginning of a memorable stay in Brighton. It has stylish interiors and modern comforts with contemporary design and modern amenities, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay. It is located 200 yards from the Royal Pavilion, 300 yards from the Beach and in close proximity to the train station and bus routes. Bedroom: The apartment sleeps up to 2 Bedroom 1: double bed, dressing table, and chair Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Lounge: The lounge has a dining table and chairs (comfortably seating up to two persons), and arm chair. The lounge also comes with a large smart TV. We provide sofa bed linens, which can be found directly in the bed for your convenience. Bathroom: The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower unit, toilet and basin. The apartment is completely self-contained for your own use, throughout the duration of your stay. We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll.

This cosy apartment is located in Brighton Square in the centre of the famous historically charming Lanes, in a secure gated development. The location is a prime spot in The Lanes, centrally located, close to the seafront and beach. It is 200 meters from The Royal Pavilion, 150 meters from the Theatre Royal, 200 meters from the Brighton Dome and 300 meters from the beach and its bike lanes. Komedia is 450 yards from away, whilst The Brighton Centre is also only 450 yards away. We are located 10 minutes walk from Brighton's main railway station. Gatwick airport is a 25 minute train journey. Numerous local buses serve the Brighton area including routes along the coast to Eastbourne. Parking: Brighton Square Car Park On-Site Parking located conveniently at Brighton Square, this car park provides secure and easy parking options right at the doorstep of the apartments. This is particularly advantageous in central Brighton, where parking can be challenging to find. Nearby Paid Parking - In case the Brighton Square Car Park is full, alternative paid parking options such as The Lanes Car Park, NCP Car Park Brighton Centre Russell Road, and Regency Square Car Park are within walking distance, offering flexibility and convenience.
