The living areas in this single-storey home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV, DVD player, and CD player. There are two double bedrooms with TVs, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is a front lawn with patio and furniture, a rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and barbecue, designated parking for one car, and further parking on-site. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a travel cot (linen not provided). You'll find a shop in 1.4 miles and a pub in 1.8 miles. Sycamores is a wonderful base for a family break to Cornwall. Note: The gardens are not enclosed; please be aware.
