Riverside View is a beautiful, modern apartment with views of the River Leven and the mountains of Loch Lomond beyond. The property has two bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and the other has a separate bathroom. The flat has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area and has exclusive use of a large outside terrace with a BBQ area and views of the river. Situated within the heart of the town, it's within walking distance of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, supermarket, train and bus stations and Balloch Country Park is on the doorstep. Sweeneys Loch Cruises are across the road and Lomond Shores is within walking distance also. Secure parking is available at no extra cost. There is no lift in the building. Please be aware that the apartment is by the side of a road and therefore some noise is inevitable.

The property is a very short stroll to a variety of bars and restaurants. There are small shops, coffee shops, hairdressers, a pharmacy and a supermarket within a couple of minutes walk. Balloch country park is literally on the doorstep and Loch Lomond Shores is a 10 minute walk along the banks of the River Leven The property is within two minutes walk of the train station which has links to Glasgow and Edinburgh and it is also a two minute walk from the bus station. A taxi rank is also close by. Glasgow airport is 15 miles away.
