Relax with friends and family in this charming, recently refurbished house. This delightful home is just a stone's throw from the beach at Felpham and the promenade linking Aldwick and Felpham. With popular restaurants within a few minute's walk, this is a great location for a holiday or short break, and is close to Chichester and the Goodwood Estate, famous for its horse and motor racing. The space Enter the house with the spacious sitting room on the left which is bright and airy with a bay window overlooking the front of the house. To the rear of the house is the charming dining room with log burner, perfect for meals and games with the family. The modern kitchen overlooks the rear garden where you can toast marshmallows around the fire pit. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a large king bed, with two large windows, making it a bright and sunny space. Further down the corridor is a second king bedroom, overlooking the garden. At the end of the house is the large family bathroom with freestanding feature bath as well as a walk in shower, plus a separate loo. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

The house is located very close to Felpham Beach and is close to the resort town of Bognor Regis. The High Street is just a few minutes walk from the house, where you will find coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The quieter Felpham beach is just a stone's throw away from the house, and from there you can explore along the Prom all the way to Aldwick Beach. Stop off at Bognor Pier with its amusement arcade and fish and chips on your way to Marine Park Gardens with its crazy golf course. Book in a Day Pass at Butlins and spend the day racing down waterslides, riding the fairground rides and watching a family show! Hotham Park is only a 5 minute drive from the house, with its miniature railway, cafe, boating pond and large childrens play area.
