Park House is situated in Peverell, with fantastic amentities on it's doorstep. Its close proximity to beautiful parks, excellent restaurants and pubs, shops, the coast and Dartmoor make it an incredible location for everyone to enjoy. To the rear of the property there is access to Thorne Park which is a lovely ornate, Victorian park, with amazing trees and a childrens play area. Additionally, 5 minutes walk down the road is scenic Central Park. Here you will find amazing amenities including, outdoor tennis, bowls, pitch and put, football golf, a larger childrens play area with a cafe and seating area. Furthermore, it is the home of Plymouth Argyle or the Pilgrims as they are known in the city. The park is also home to the Plymouth Life Centre, where you can enjoy indoor climbing, swimming pool with a flume, indoor bowls, fully equipped gym, yoga, pilates, spinning and various other classes, badminton, squash and lots more.
