I am an experienced host with a small collection of fantastic houses that belong to family and friends. It is very important that you have the best stay with us so we are happy to help curate your stay as part of the service we offer.

Property information

Fantastic architect designed modern, luxe 3 bedroomed detached house with light filled master bedroom with a brand new Feather and Black Superkingsized bed and a marble tiled wet room ensuite. The other two bedrooms (King size and Double) boast brand new Feather and Black beds dressed with professionally laundered linens so a good nights sleep is assured. Newlyn Heights has a Large open plan Kitchen and living room with breakfast bar and dining table to seat 6 with ease. The living room has a supersize leather sofa which will easily seat 6 - perfect for movie or games nights. The house has large flat screen Smart Tv's in every room bar the double bedroom and superfast wifi so streaming will never be a problem. The Kitchen has french doors that open onto the private back garden space which is fully enclosed and has outdoor seating and a BBQ. At the front of the house there is a private drive for 2 cars and from here you can see St Michaels Mount, the famous castle in the sea, between the houses.

Neighbourhood information

If you want to, it is possible to enjoy your entire stay without using your car. Newlyn, at the bottom of the hill, has an artisan bread shop, butcher, cheese shop, grocer, chemist, Co-Op and a variety of popular bars and restaurants including Mackerel Sky & Argoe. Few villages of this size could boast the 3 fish mongers, 1 shell fish merchant, a world famous ice cream shop, 4 pubs, an artisan cheese shop, a florists, 2 bakers, a fish and chip shop, a taxi rank, a coffee bar and bottle shop, 4 galleries, an acclaimed public art gallery and an art house cinema with cocktail bar and all day restaurant. Mousehole is a pleasant walk away along the seafront and for the more adventurous this is also the start of the coastal footpath. Walking in the other direction along Newlyn Green, and the newly refurbished prom you will find the Jubilee Pool - The Uk's only open air swimming and geo thermal heated art deco Lido. Walk on further to the iconic St Michaels Mount. Newlyn is only a short drive away from some of the best beaches in the world and the acclaimed Minack Theatre under the stars on the cliffs at Porthcurno or the iconic Lands End. St Ives, with its Tate gallery can be reached via one of the most scenic railway lines in Britain. There is so much here to explore and enjoy - you may well find yourself planning your next visit.
