Our property is perfect for staycations & perfect for those working within Norwich. It is located within a 12-minute walk from the city centre. The property has a lovely newly refurbished bathroom, an open planned living/ dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The property is designed to a minimalistic spec and comes with all the essentials you need to make you feel at home & it has a Tesco express on your doorstep. USEFUL INFORMATION: 3rd bedroom located through second bedroom. The family bathroom can be found on the ground floor. Minut Home Security device is on in the living room. House rules, 200 GBP fine for each rule broken: - No Pets - No smoking (300 GBP fine) - No drugs - No fires - No parties - Quiet hours 22:00 - 07:00, please respect our neighbours and refrain from loud noises - No extra guests other than those listed in the booking at any time unless pre agreed - No unauthorised late check-out or early check-in - Keys to be left in Lockbox on check out, failure to do so or loss of keys will result in a house rule being broken - Additional cleaning fee for BBQ use - No “loud” music to be played outside
