Little Ings annex is a beautiful one bedroomed holiday home which was converted from a garage in 2020. It is renovated to a high standard with double glazing, UFH, all incorporated into an open plan area with a sitting/dining area and a kitchenette. Little Ings is all on one level with one step to enter the property. There is a large shower room with a small step into the walk -in shower boasting a Mira power shower, fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. The accommodation has one bedroom with a king sized bed, TV, a hanging rail, drawers, iron and a hair dryer. In the sitting area there is a 42" Smart TV with a Firestick, an electric fire and free WIFI throughout. There are USB docking ports for your convenience in the dining area and bedroom. In the kitchenette there is a combination oven, portable hob, Formans Grill and fridge with a small freezer compartment. Also a Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster with complimentary tea, coffee and sugar. I also leave a little milk along with pastries to enjoy on arrival. There is instant hot water in the property. The double patio doors open onto a small courtyard with table and chairs for your use and the main house is sympathetically screened by a trellis and plants which are now becoming established and providing aromatic smells from roses and jasmine. Although we live on site and can be contacted for any queries we believe in your privacy whilst staying with us for your holiday or mini break.

Welcome to Little Ings. We look forward to meeting you on your mini break or 'staycation'. We are called Denis and Helen and have lived in Easingwold since 1994. After living in lots of different places we have come to realise that Yorkshire is definitely home! Our 'lockdown' vision was to use what we would class as a 'dumping ground' into something that we could feel very proud of and has allowed us to meet some fabulous people and make lots of new friends. It has evolved since we opened in April 2021 into a cosy, modern space that we are proud of, ideally placed within walking distance to all amenities but hidden away for a secluded, relaxing stay. We have a grown up family, 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grand children so super busy! Denis, continues to work as a badminton coach and international player whilst I concentrate on our extended family, the annex and our four cats. We hope you really enjoy your stay with us as much as we will look forward to welcoming you to a beautiful area of North Yorkshire.

Little Ings is situated right in the centre of Easingwold which is a thriving North Yorkshire town with a picturesque cobbled market square. There is a weekly Friday market, a monthly Artisan and Farmers market. There are three small supermarkets, one of which opens early until late, numerous cafes, restuarants and public houses. In the summer months there is 'live' music in the town for you to enjoy every Saturday. The White Horse in Kilburn is about 5 miles away, where ‘Mousey Thompson’ has his workshop and home to the Yorkshire Gliding Club. The National Trust has Fountains Abbey and Beningbrough Hall close by as well as the Yorkshire coast being approximately 30 miles from Easingwold. A visit to Whitby is highly recommended, the steps to the Abbey give spectacular views but the steps can be a challenge!! James Herriot (the vet) haled from Thirsk which is only 9 miles away and York with the historic walls and Minster is 13 miles away. A perfect starting place whatever your passion. Easingwold is at the foot of the Howardian Hills and is close to the North Yorkshire Moors and the Yorkshire Dales. It is close to York, Thirsk, Ripon and Wetherby if you are partial to horse racing and is a perfect starting point for walkers and cyclists alike. Public transport to York and Thirsk is on a regular basis except on a Sunday. There is a Park and Ride into the city from the ring road. Taxis also operate in the area on a booking system and also Uber cabs can be arranged. Easingwold is not far from cities, nature and the countryside.
