This self contained studio is a beautifully converted garage space. It is 5 mins drive from M1. It is 10-15 mins walk from the train station to central London in 30 mins. Luton airport is 10 minutes drive & Heathrow is 45 minutes. L&D Hospital is 5 minutes walk. It has its own access separate to the main house. It’s ideal for short stay travellers. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. It’s not suitable for children. Due to age of the painting, there are few spots on the walls. There is no TV in the studio. Internet is free connected through a router but might experience weak connections depending on the provider. WE DO NOT ALLOW GUESTS TO USE OUR ADDRESS FOR MAIL OR DELIVERIES EXCEPT FOOD. ONLY SMOKING CIGARETTES IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE IN THE GARDEN.

We are 5 minutes walk from L&D hospital and seconds away from a lovely park. Our studio has very easy connection to M1 Junction 11. Our room is 1 minute walk to the bus stop into Luton, 5 minutes drive to the motorway that connects the north and south of England, and only 10 minutes walk from the train station into central London. You can easily connect to M1 Junction 11 in less than 3 minutes.
